What we collect

When you use our quote form, chat widget, readiness quiz, phone, or WhatsApp, you may share your name, phone number, email address, city, and details about your renovation project (type, scope, timeline, budget). Our chat widget saves your in-progress answers in your own browser (localStorage) so you can pick up where you left off. If you start the chat but don't finish, the details you've already entered may still reach us so we can follow up — that's the point of giving them to us.

How we use it

For one purpose: responding to your renovation enquiry — contacting you, preparing guidance and quotes, and managing your project if we work together. We don't sell, rent, or trade your information, and we don't use it for third-party advertising.

Where it goes

Enquiries are delivered to us by email (relayed through the FormSubmit service) and stored in our private leads database hosted on Cloudflare's infrastructure. Access is limited to Eagle Eye Home Renovations. If you message us on WhatsApp, Meta's WhatsApp terms also apply to that conversation.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] or call (647) 809-0907 and we'll take care of it promptly.

This site does not run advertising trackers. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which may log standard technical request data. If we add analytics in future, this page will be updated first.
